Online sales condition
The following conditions are valid for all the online orders received by this company.Prices:
Prices in the online catalogue are inclusive VAT and delivery costs (for orders in Italy).Right to withdraw:
According to the Italian decree n° 185/99, the customer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without penalties, within 10 days from the reception of the goods, sending, by this term, a registered letter to the address: Calzaturificio Polidori Leo S.r.l. Via Nino Rota 14/16 47841 Cattolica (RN).Goods have to be sent integral and in their original packaging (delivery costs are charged to the customer).
Goods sent after this term will not be reimbursed.
The customer can exercise this right choosing one of the following solutions:
- Issue of a purchase voucher valid for 1 year from its reception;
- Substitution of the goods;
- Refund of the expenses (price and first delivery costs), within 30 days from the reception of the goods. The customer must communicate to the company the bank details for the transfer.
Conditions of payment and delivery:
The payment is due cash on delivery.The customer will be informed by e-mail or by phone (according to the modality chosen by the customer) 2 days before the shipment.
Goods will be sent by express courier and will be received within one working day from the shipping date (this term is not valid for islands).
